埃尔维斯·科斯特洛（英语：Elvis Costello，1954年8月25日－），本名戴克兰·帕特里克·麦克曼努斯（英语：Declan Patrick MacManus），英国创作歌手。他在1970年代中期，以伦敦的酒吧摇滚风潮先驱之姿初受瞩目，后来被归入庞克与新浪潮风格。他擅于在歌词中玩弄文字游戏，相对于一般流行歌曲，使用了更多较冷僻的字汇。他的乐风多元，曾因此被评论家形容为“流行音乐的百科全书”，能够“以他的个人形象重塑过往”。

科斯特洛的音乐生涯获奖无数，包括一座格莱美奖，并两度获全英音乐奖最佳英国男演唱人提名。2003年，“埃尔维斯·科斯特洛与吸引力合唱团”（Elvis Costello & the Attractions）被列入摇滚名人堂。2004年，科斯特洛被《滚石》杂志排入“史上百大音乐家”第80名。
