The U.S premiere of the "Michael Jackson: BAD25" promotional trailer airs on "The View" on Thursday, October 18, 2012 (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET), according to an Oct. 17 press release from ABC Television Network. The trailer will give a preview of Spike Lee's documentary set to air on Thanksgiving Day.
This first-ever glimpse of ABC's 60-second trailer previews the documentary film by award-winning director Spike Lee, celebrating the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson's landmark "BAD" album and tour. "Michael Jackson: BAD25" will air Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22 (9:30-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.
The film will include appearances by Glen Ballard, Justin Bieber, Miko Brando, Chris Brown, Mariah Carey, Sheryl Crow, Ceelo Green, Hermaine Jackson, Quincy Jones, Martin Scorsese, Kanye West, Stevie Wonder and more.
"The View" is a live, one-hour daily talk show from ABC, featuring Daytime Emmy Award-winning hosts Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd. The show airs live, Monday through Friday.
